We get to know our clients personally & are ready to help whenever needed. We offer services to field units that do not traditionally have access to a municipal dispatch agency, as well as any career field that may need emergency communication while operating. Our team of Communications Officers are efficiently trained superior to anyone in the industry to meet any needs your company or business may have. The team is made up of professionals who balance the necessity of protecting people and property, with the desire to maintain a good relationship within the community. We pride ourselves on employing former or currently certified Communication Officers, ranging from small agencies to State Police Dispatchers. Maj. Aaron C. Reynolds

Maj. Reynolds is a former Communications Officer with the University of Kentucky Police Department, & has been involved in Law Enforcement and Security for 6 years. He is an Eagle Scout, originally from Macon, Georgia, and is a lifetime achievement award recipient of Kawida Lodge of the Order of the Arrow, Scouting's National Honor Society. He continues to dedicate his time in service to his community. Maj. Reynolds currently directs Federated Communications, our Global Communications Center, which provides emergency call-taking similar to 911 centers for off duty police and security units all across the world.

Asst. Director Bauer is originally from Minnesota and moved to Lexington, Kentucky in November of 2019 to pursue an interest in having her horses professionally trained for competitions. She has over 35 years of customer service management experience, supervising between 25 - 45 employees. After moving to Kentucky, she was a dispatcher for a national horse transportation company, before taking a position with Federated Communications in April of 2023. Due to her level of experience, as well as her record of excellent service, she was named Assistant Director in February of 2024.

Hayden Palmer

Supervisor Palmer is a former Arkansas State Police Dispatcher. Originally from Osceola, Arkansas, Palmer moved to Kentucky in 2020 to be closer to family. Having served as a licensed private investigator for several years, the attention to detail and knowledge of field operations made Palmer uniquely suited for the supervisor position. Palmer serves as the nightshift contract liaison for Federated Communications, and is the main point of contact during these hours.
